when the spp was extended the first time, the company mentioned something about a delay in the mailing and the.. " extension will give all shareholders time to participate and join shareholders who have already taken up the offer."

this second extension probably means that the spp has been a dismal failure, and now we give shareholders an extra wonderful opportunity to send in their money. it is really comforting to know that "my fellow directors, and I, as shareholders have applied for the full entitlement" - and it has also been highlighted.

compared to what the directors get, by way of salary/ fees etc, then this really does show tremendous support..

unless the shares can be cranked up to 15c, then the spp will fail. maybe the next spp will be at 5c
