The Oil isnt going anywhere so any slight delay should not be an issue.
The big Picture issue is that CTP must get the right rig, the right crew and ensure there are no more drilling disasters. JH knows it, the new blood will be demanding the best and the market will not forgive this time.
I recall by the time O2 drilling dates were announced the roads and all site works had already been completed....so dont think that the CTP boys are just sitting on their thumbs right now......
