No suprirses at all, they told us it was coming (see first page of the quarterly ended 31st March for example).

I'm generally quite cynical, but have to disagree that they are doing this purely for their own benefit.

I think it's in the best interest of the company because:

• Eden has it's fingers in too many pies to deal with this massive resource effectively


• Significant capital is required, and shareholders aren't necessarily holding Eden for this project

That said, the announcement was scant on very important details.

We need to know what % of the new company Eden will retain, and/or what freebies Eden holders will be getting.
