"Vanmag Iron Ore Project, South Africa
The Company advanced negotiations with several parties in respect to either the sale of the Vanmag Project or acquiring a joint venture partner, with both scenarios designed to inject capital into the Company.
Subsequent to the end of the quarter the Company announced on 23 October 2008 that it was not proceeding with the Mbewu Heads of Agreement, entered into on 21 May 2008, but is continuing negotiations on the sale or joint venturing of the VanMag Project with several interested parties. To this end, Continental was approached by New York based corporate finance group, Miller Mathis and Co. to assist with the process. Miller Mathis have particular experience with the funding and development of Titanium Magnetite / Vanadium deposits around the world and the Company is confident of a successful transaction being completed."
Hope that they don't sell it. I Agree, their transparency is a disaster!!
