It's a good point you raise of payment deferral; however, the reality is that most exec bonus plans have a cash element in them these days, so management is rewarded for deferring payment and/or collecting money sooner.
you are still correct; however, it s very common in most businesses and not something I would ordinarily be alarmed about.
As for the capital raising becoming a regular event, the management seem a little too eager to tap markets and issue more stock.
I would much prefer no dividend coupled with no capital raising.
Either way, I bought back in today as this has been hammered in recent days so an opportunity IMO.
