It's my understanding that the storage tanks were set up to be able to deal with more than one well at Surprise. That may mean they need to be increased when another well or two comes on, but they have been set up in such a fashion that this is an easier task than it otherwise might be.
So I'm not worried. If the flow is larger they will increase the storage tanks and/or increase the deliveries as necessary.
