    There are opposing recommendations. As stated earlier, Charlie's morning thought is to buy LGL with a $4, but at Morningstar it is rated as a hold with fair value at 2.50.

    Huntley's YMW also rated it to a hold a few weeks back.

    Just for a split Investsmart has it as Hold with a 12mth price target of 3.84.
