    I recall the board saying "commencing sustained production when prices are high and stable for long enough might be considered" and I think 70ish is in that ballpark, and it is an option for sure on this basis, but there may be bigger fish to fry at the moment - oil, it's just bonus business. I have no idea the drain on ctp resources to do so and I wouldn't be surprised if they started producing again because as you've pointed the oil price is looking up for the medium term now - not just a spike.
