Why did UML say that now Liongold is off the register then it can aggressively pursue Liongold for the 3 cent shares they allegedly said they would buy? I would have thought with Unity talking about giving capital back to shareholders then the need to issue additional shares for additional capital is not there and given the growth profile of Dargues if it grows as management have suggested then 3 cent shares would be dilutionary to other shareholders and contrary to Unity's stated intention of tightening the share register by buying shares back from shareholders including a possible scheme for buying out shareholders with unmarketable parcels.
