LionGold is in a poor position financially, I think they might not have been able to afford the shares at the time. They were dumping all their shares below 1 cent because they needed money.
The shareprice is close again to the issue price so if UML really wants money for the shares they can sell them or cancel them. Nothing to be gained from perusing them now.
Alternatively what they could do is give the Liongold shares to the people who took up the share offer as the money raised helped with the operations and was very stressful to take up shares and see them plunge almost immediately to 1/4 value.
