I, who am curious, surprised and confused, have just come up with maybe#7...
7. maybe at some stage during recent discussions with industry and investors (where UML has been trying to sell one or some of the following - Bendigo assets, Henty JV opportunities, use of Henty process plant, Goldstone holding, Dargues%) the question has been asked of UML by one of those parties "So how much of the UML's business do you really want to sell?", and UML Board now wonders whether that question may lead to a proposal being made to takeover UML, in which case the starting point for any discussions needs to be a much higher sp - so action needed to raise sp to a realistic level.
Now, maybe#7 may be well wide of the mark (IMO it is), and please note that I am not suggesting that any proposal has been put, and I have no knowledge of UML other than what is publicly available - just filling out my list of maybes!
