    I agree. Everytime there's a discounted SPP the current SP drops to that level and sometimes just below as a F**k u. But with a 2cent difference and the risk of it being oversubscribed (which it will be) I don't think anyone can afford to let it hover at these levels and not pick up. There's a Price Target of 1.14 on this puppy.
