    Completely agree with this sentiment......anyone who thinks they will get their fill at 0.59 in the SPP is in cuckoo land. For such a small SPP this will be heavily oversubscribed. Further you have to part with you $$$$ upfront and wait for a refund. For the sake of 2c or so, if you want to accumulate now is your chance....
