Kal shareholders just got screwed again.
Kal's board didn't previously announce that Poli & Co could change their minds over pricing and the amount being injected.
I note, with a certain amount of sarcasm, that the moose pasture (crap useless ground in Asia) is still being vended in for the same number of shares.
The previously reasonably well thought of board now has absolutely no credibility. It either has let this mob off the hook or failed to disclose critical caveats that existed in the first place.
How this mob of wasters can still morally stick their hands out for any options at all is beyond me.
I just put this stock on my dont touch list.
