I use full service Ord Minnett as a broker. When I bought into TLW & HOIL, they treated these as normal transactions, but through their agents in NY. Had to pay a fair old brokerage charge but am way ahead now. Since TLW starts production from Jubilee in late 2010, it might be best to hold at least until then, or maybe sell some and hold some.
