Cityview have applied for 2 blocks in the Kwanza basin, if they get "the nod"...2 blocks should be a given, as that is what they have applied for.

But yes I agree, with the profile that i'm sure Cityview are starting to create for themselves within Angola, more blocks are real chance, if not straight up, then perhaps further down the track as they further "prove" themselves, there expertise, and there financial backers.
