A question for other interested forkers....provided the recently announced raising gets shareholder approval (and why wouldn't it at $1.20...), is there any other 'get out' clause that could stop this going ahead??

Can Chess Capital wriggle out of this raising in any way if the SP is trading below the issue price?

I'm guessing not, but just seeking confirmation.

Management that can raise cash at a minimal discount to the SP are doing well.....a raising at a price >SP is even more of an achievement....lol
