    as for the price being much lower than competitors I'd say they will pretty quickly have an upgrade version with a 12 MP cam as I think many will think the 5 MP cam is a bit underdone. So in costs add a few bucks for a camera upgrade at production and increase the price by $100, profits increase per unit. Then phase out the 5 MP version due to reduced demand.
