I do wonder if the natives are delaying things intentionally particularly after Artemis took so long to get a approved. While at the same time I don’t think it’s fair to take it out on the whole region but I can kind of understand why they would. And when you say lack of experience normally they’d employ and train the locals and make a big PR deal about it but you really can’t make up for what they did. I don’t and won’t invest in Rio and I just hope they don’t hold it against the others in the region but if they do I’d kind of understand that.
