Good points on the 'high priority targets', anything that can improve the overall grades would be a real plus.

Don't forget the Blue Rose JV with Giralia where they keep mentioning some third party deal is being negotiated. I wonder if they are looking for an outright sale to raise some funds to help push Ann Mason.
