As an aside, I have seen a great number of SPP's and not one like this: The per Share issue price is the price which represents a 6% discount to the volume weighted average price of the Shares over the last 5 days of the Offer period on which sales of Shares are recorded (Issue Price). Normally there is a price set and then many have - as you all likely know - a pricefall scenario like X % of VWAP and you take the lesser of the two .. the VWAP discount is often only 2% or around there.
