All will become apparent in the IER, combined with JA's letter and the Tintsfield "announcement" don't ring any pleasant bells for me though I'm afraid.

All will become obvious in the IER suggests there is nothing material to add to what we already know, ie Tintsfield is harder than expected and won't be include in the reserve "upgrade", and management, in their informed wisdom have rolled over and are playing dead pending an opportunity to dash for the door as per JA's letter.
