As for the IER explaining everything, well to me it doesn't sound as being very promising at all. For, if they had any material informations before they would have told us before.

The IE will say as to why he believes that it is in the best interests of the shareholders, and that the offer is fair. Hence why he pointed you in that direction.

As for Ian being "rehearsed" I have made my comments in the past that everything that will come out from them now, is, and will only be based with prior approvals from their Lawyers. Even the simple answer that he gave me in regard to as to whether or not a proxy was allowed for the vote, had to get prior advice from the Lawyers.
That was an asnwer that any company Secretary would be capable of giving, yet he went the other way.
