This is going to zero and as you've said, they've structured this so Vlad gets all remaining assets.
I sold a while ago, but if you are a holder you should report Vlad, Paul and the company to ASIC if nothing else but to preempt this move.
Sorry everyone for your loss. If Vanadium became the mineral everyone thought it had a chance to be, then it was in with a chance. But thats the gamble on this end of town.
