Good to hear that is what the call is about. The SP is being held back (eg compared with NHC) by the fear that WHC will end up buying any BHP coal assets. It's not the time to be incurring debt (even if the finance is provided by the end purchaser), given the reluctance of banks to lend to coal companies and the possibility of requiring funds for expansion plans (if WHC continues with its BB and pays a reasonable dividend).
