Thanks Jake. Pretty "standard" pre-AGM stuff, but, as ICN paying for it, they must be getting a bit nervous. Remember last AGM they sent out a "welcome" letter to all those that had been sucked in by the MOU and see where that got them, nowhere.
Re vote, I think that they are most nervous about the proportional takeover resolution and I would be advising that we should be voting FOR that one and make up your own mind re rest. I am being honest and will be voting FOR that resolution AND FOR the Dirctors' fee increase as I have posted before. The only way we can get new blood is to increase the Directors' fee budget to get new people on the Board until some gorilla comes in and takes the lot (whoch is while away yet). Only one week to go for AGM and be interesting to watch trading next week.
