"In the company's view, Metals Australia has met or exceeded all requirements for ongoing exploration of the licence area, and forsees no impediments to the renewal of the exploration licence"

We all have this in writing wipeoff; and 'IF' you have any issues in relation to this I am more than certain MLS will be open and appease any remaining nerves !!

A company will not write such stern words unless it has already 'theoretically' i.e. verbally, confirmed their thoughts with the Ministry. In essence they are practically providing you the answer on a plate !!

To state 'I am quietly confident' may of course be an understatement !!
