For ASX Listing rule 11.1, Hannans considers its more important to start trading its share "immediately", as stated at the base of today's announcement. The word "immediately" highlights something important needs to be communicated or done urgently!!!
IMO, it means more news on the Nordic activities is about to be released. A trading halt may not present the business in good light or could delay important negotiations which are underway. Hannans would not want to be in a trading halt when significant news by other parties is released and as a result nobody can buy or sell its shares. So it all points to more news on the way and an uplifting in the share price which aligns well with its capital raise ambitions in coming weeks.
