yes agreed it is a complicated sector and there are enough experts, like yourself, supplying qualitative and quantitative data/info. In this instance I believed the core questions of who do the general shareholders want running the company need to be addressed. 1. a stacked board and Houston based employees that has an extraordinary out of balance O&G experience BEING run by Novus Capital mandate or 2. a balanced board with various O&G and commercial experience who run the company for all shareholders and not dictated to by a mandated company.
