The GSO deal depends on ALL the lenders agreeing to losses on their loans, only takes one to say shove it.
Question is if the fundamentals have improved since the AGM in November, WTF are they still increasing debt ? That strategic review sounds like a massive waste of money. These advisers, contractors, suppliers, etc would have fantastic financial results thanks to the Santa Claus behavior of the board, a full investigation should reveal if it was total incompetence or corporate fraud.
