With negative cash flow ever since they started 2004, good discoveries projects that never going to be extracted for lack of funding, regularities approval from a sleepy bureaucratic official and debt laden ! For the life of me I cannot see PVE will ever make any money and might go down sooner ? They have to sell assets to pay debts and running costs! The resources running out by the quarters, who in the right mind would back them up ? Not the shareholders ? Not the directors ? Maybe the Liquidator ?
For me. PVE = now means Prospect Value Ended ? Goodbye ?
