Peter Nathan royally screwed A2M with poor management in his Asia Pacific portfolio. Sold his shares at the peak, oversaw a failed daigou strategy that saturated the market and caused inventory write downs and a crash in pricing and sales. Misled A2M shareholders in the process.
AZ Global royally screwed BUB with the failed distribution of their product in China. BUB still recovering from the damage done.
Nathan and AZ Global failed in their attempt to takeover management of BUB, in order to double down on their failed daigou strategy.
Now, the fomer CEO of AZ and disgraced A2M executives are reunited
Yeah, not a chance in hell of current A2M management having anything to do with AHF with these people involved. Current management have spent 3 years undoing much of PN's damage and basically doing the opposite in terms of strategy. I suspect there has been some inappropriate collusion between Peter Nathan and AZ Global (Andy Zhang) throughout their involvements in A2M, BUB, and now it seems, AHF. Good luck.
