Be wary about being taken for a ride by the pumpers on this thread.
As some point out the company milks 1,300 cows and has a small second hand processing plant.
The dairy industry has changed over the last decade in Victoria and now there are many family farms with the infrastructure and technoloby milking in excess of 3,000+ cows and growing.
The successful processors have the best operators who remain in their positions and do not move around the industry.
Many have tried to be Public Listed companies but have gone by the wayside due to their lack of expertise in a very complex industry.
