“a dairy cow will produce an average of 28 litres per day over a period of 10 months. During peak lactation, a high-yielding cow may produce as much as 60 litres per day and up to 12,000 litres over her whole lactation.”

what’s the ex management done for our 1300 dairy cows?

say each dairy cow produce 28l milk per day for 300 days/ year, it’s 8200l/year, organic a2 milk is worth $2.00/l , so milk revenue from the 1300 cows should be circa 1300*2*8200=$21m which already triple AHF’s revenue, so the ex management even can’t handle its cows?
