I've alerted them to things Peter Nathan and Andy Zhang have done in recent years that could be considered deceptive and which have resulted in shareholder value destruction. People are free to take this information and form their own opinion. How is that "harmful"?
What about the 25% of AHF shareholders who voted to say that they did not approve of Mr Nathan's appointment as director? Are they being harmful too?
And the even higher number of shareholders who voted to issue a first strike against the company?
If someone says something that encourages critical thinking, apparently that's "harmful" now.
