Id say IFG need the SP to be far higher than these current levels to get the owner of Prodigy 9 to agree to the acquisition.

Including performance shares, once reaching revenue targets his stake could become - 40 to 50 million shares......at the current sp its little surprise that the transaction is not finalized, its just not enough money for him.

All reading between the lines but the acquisition was supposed to be finalized by the end of 2024 - there has to be a reason for the delay and i suspect this is it?

No way in the world the market cap for this should be in the $2 million range. Trienpont alone was worth $8 million when IFG acquired that less than a year ago.
