As Leec said there are many reasons that may have promoted sale of part of management's holdings but if a company wants to attract new institutional investors they typically offer stock at a discount and that's why the sell off was offered at 1.35.
In any event this short term pain in my view, there is a wealth of news around the corner that will have NST pushing new highs soon enough. Be thankful to be on in this performing/producing assets so many invest in the intangible hoping for 100 baggers. Share prices aren't linear in nature and management err occasionally we can buy on the dips because most of us appreciate Paulsens will be producing for 5-7 years yet.
