Racing will bounce back bigger and stronger from this. Japan's industry was only down for 2 weeks due to this EI and look to be almost back to normal after only a few weeks. Japan seems to have contained the outbreak better than us, which really surprizes me.
The problem for Oz is that we are in the breeding season, Japan being in the northern hemisphere are still 6 months away from their breeding season.
Still, I think this will end up being a good buying opportunity for those who can pick the bottom.
