Both China and Japan have years, if not decades of stockpiles of uranium. BHP ceased expansion years ago.
PDN does not have the capacity to earn any cash atm.

Be careful here as this company is in severe debt.
Many brokers have targets below 30c.

Commodity boom types, especially, highly geared entities, are in real trouble.
Spot drops again this week and IMO, I believe it's only a matter of time when contract MT/LT drops below $40, even $30.
