Not at all. We just need working capital and $2.2million for QVT.
Sigalla/Falconer tried to raise $2.28, we assume to pay QVT. However this ended up as $1mill from Mooncorp.
So we need $1.28 more to pay QVT + whatever for working capital.
Maybe $3mill now and more once things settle down at a higher price/less dilution.
