hmm..... my only objection to that is companies are normally organizing CRs well in advance. Hence the administrative/logistical aspects of the raising would be organised i.e. the broker would already be in place. the only issue would be with external parties involved in the finalisation of the agreement. That is why i suggested a delay would indicate some commercial agreement not involving the usual share placement is occurring at the moment due to the sudden nature of the announcement. That is why i asked the question whether TON required urgent funding in the ST i.e. this year.If the answer was yes then it becomes more negative. In the absence of this, a standard CR is usually well prepared for in advance. Hence my assumption, which is contingent on TON not requiring urgent funding for the remainder of the year, is a commercial agreement involving 1 or a combination of JV, equity or debt with possible link to offtakes etc. just an opinion and we will find out Mon i guess.
