JDsyd, surely you are not that naieve- The SP was $4.80 when the DFS was being spruiked to the instos - IMO BOA and a few others new it was not being supported and shorted it/sold out knowing they were going to get shares below $3 and as you'll see by the change of substantial holder announcements that seems to be exactly what happened. Sometimes insto's and Mgt are your friend and other times not so much.
Now on your ridiculous massive retail dilution V debt funding... REALLY???!
I'll take debt funding any day and so would your Co. or else they wouldn't have been approaching so many insto's for FINANCE!!!
