Hi Rat, my thoughts re paying out Grafex may not be part of this CR but I would like to get them off the register asap.

The LSI USD $3M funding facility was set up in Jan 2015 was initially to provide cash, in part, to pay out Grafex. This facilty has not been touched.

As you say, completing construction of the plant for the Chinese JV is the priority at this stage.

TON last had an SPP in Jan/Feb 2013 and has not had a rights issue in the history of the Company so I don't think BB will start now with a rights issue. An SPP early next year may be in line with announcements of an AMG JV or early stage funding through SQ.

SQ initially wanted an offtake and added the finance as a sweetner so I haven't given up on SQ. The Government of the Peoples Republic of China are interested too (GPRC).

But the best way to get rid of speculative thought is to get it from the horses mouth (management).
