It could well shareplacement news, given that the announcement to ratify their October 3 placement at the AGM came out after the general AGM blurb. The lack of inclusion infers that they had not reached agreement by the time to notice had to be sent out.
On their Oct 3 announcement they had a 90 day non binding agreement that they could raise an extra $7.4mill. This funding is important for LCT so that it can expand the pig herd and focus on clinical trial. The $7.4 will provide them with enough cash to do all of this. My concern is that the price could be below 20cents, which sends a bad message to regular investors who are not a part of this funding round.
