    They havent been able to release year end accounts. They didnt pay their ASX listing fees.
    Ross Horley resigned as at 09/08/09.
    Chairman resigns.
    Director resigns.
    Apollo puts the Chennai centre on hold.
    The June quarterly showed just $98k in cash received from customers.

    The recent announcements paint a pretty dismal picture indeed.

    Will it relist at all?
