The suspension was ASX triggered. OBJ had 2 trading days to release the announcement. The 2 trading days have passed. OBJ will remain suspended until such time that OBJ releases the said announcement.

It is not normal to fail to submit the announcement in this time unless there are extenuating circumstances. The reasons why its late have been discussed above, but it could range from "OBJ are in Perth and are 3 hours late to the party" to "The results are so bad we need time to work out how we are going to sell them" to "P&G want to review the results before they are made public".
