They've had Saturday, Sunday, Monday to formulate damage control if that's the case. But I agree with the sentiment that it's not always good.
On the flip side, P&G could be holding things up they may be wishing to move sooner rather than later. In any case I'd say the hold up would be P&G since they have the rights to first access and need to be consulted with.
