    any adverse information would have been documented prior to the trading halt, I dont see why it would take additional time to make the announcement. Note: they would not put a trading halt in anticipation of some result.

    IMHO: Merger or Take-over - something that involves more than 1 party.

    Although not entirely reflective: current indicated open is .32 - 12% up.
