I have just been in contact with Michael Bogue (Director & CEO).
Michael reassured me that CBS only found out about the disputed tenements shortly ago. They wanted to find out the facts first as compared to pure speculation before any announcement to the market was made.
The company will make announcement on this subject as and when appropriate.
It seems to be it just one of those things that was totally out of control of management. I still have 100% faith in CBS and it's excellent management and will continue to add to my holdings.
