Frank sells his options at 10c and resigns prior to the option expiry allowing others to put in almost $5m , did he know the process was floored ?
The numbers clearly showed for almost 18 months that the process wasn't working to a mature level , and the forecasts were likely to miss , but Frank , Ben and co remained silent .
Phil must be feeling sick in the stomach he stepped up to the CEO role and has to be the one who is left with sorting it all out .
